Keep Our Youth Alive (KOYA)
Keep Our Youth Alive is a special initiative of the Alpha Educational & Leadership Foundation, created in response to the devastating realities facing young Black boys and men — street violence, mental health crises, missing person disparities, and unresolved fatalities. KOYA is a village of protectors surrounding our young men with mentors, safety, and opportunity, guided by one promise: keep every young man alive, in school, and on the path to leadership. Anchored by the Gamma Mu Lambda, Beta Nu, and Iota Delta Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the initiative powers safety and survival training, sustained funding for our three academies (ARA, ALPHA, and AMA), crisis response infrastructure, and academic scholarships — standing behind the motto: "Subscribe. Save a Life."
